<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a pressurizing food-producing apparatus, capable of preventing the pressure in a food-treating chamber having the interior brought to a high pressure from being reduced by a simple structure, and capable of reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: A seal member 22 fixed to the whole region of the outer periphery of a face directed to the conveying direction of a container 20 is in close contact with the inner wall of a seal cylinder 24 while being elastically deformed when the container in open air is transported into a steam chamber 2 while being passed in the interior of the seal cylinder 24. When the seal member 22 of the container 20 comes in close contact with inner wall of the seal cylinder 24, the steam in the interior of the steam chamber 2 is blocked from flowing out to the exterior, and the container 20 storing noodle strings N can be transported to the interior of the steam chamber 2 while preventing the reduction of the steam pressure in the steam chamber 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
