<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food structure body that is hygienically and deliciously eaten without requiring much labor in a disaster and is suitable as emergency provisions. <P>SOLUTION: The food structure body comprises a foodstuff 2 that is restored to the original state into an edible state by water absorption and a storage body 3 for storing the foodstuff 2.
