<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sharply shortening the time required in the introduction of a sample into a unidimensional gel and a method capable of confirming the results in respective processes of the penetration of the sample, unidimensional electrophoresis and two-dimensional electrophoresis, in two-dimensional electrophoresis of a biopolymer. <P>SOLUTION: A pH marker 12 capable of being visually confirmed by the naked eye is preliminarily added to a sample solution 11 and, when the sample solution 11 is penetrated in the unidimensional gel 15, voltage is applied across the unidimensional gel 15 and the sample solution 11 to penetrate the sample in the gel 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
