FIELD: agriculture; machine building.SUBSTANCE: cutter comprises a cutting device with blade units and a drive, which is arranged under a flat cover or under the floor. Floor has the front end and forms the upper area of a flat cavity behind the front end. In the cavity there is the first rotating input element installed and the first eccentric element connected with it. Second end of the first drive lever is connected eccentrically to the first hinged element connected to the first blade unit of the cutting device. Drive additionally comprises the second rotating input element connected to the second eccentric element, and the second drive lever. Second input element is installed in the cavity adjacent to the first input element. Second end of the second drive lever is connected eccentrically to the second hinge element connected to the second blade unit of the cutting device.
