PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicast group generating method or the like for relieving a processing load imposed on a user or a server by dynamically and flexibly distributing contents corresponding to the liking or the state of the user.

SOLUTION: The multicast group generating method for grouping users includes: a context information management step (step S61) of managing context information of the users; a similar user group management step (step S62) of generating and managing similar user groups each comprising users whose features are similar to each other; a contents/group cross-reference management step (step S63) for generating and managing a cross-reference table between the similar user groups and contents; and a session information management step (step S64) for generating and managing session information required for multicast communication.
