SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECEIVING/PAYING CONDITION IN EXCHANGE OF WEATHER RISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a weather risk exchange between agents present in different points by using only the weather measurable in either one point of the agents.

SOLUTION: This system comprises a point acquisition part 20 accepting designation of two points where the agents are present; a weather data acquisition part 22 acquiring weather data showing the respective past weather histories of the two points; a regression analysis part 28 performing regression analysis of the weather data of one of the two points based on the weather data of the other point; a regression error distribution calculation part 30 calculating the distribution of regression error based on the regression analysis result by the analysis part 28; and a dead zone determination part 34 determining a dead zone for weather in determining a receiving/paying amount according to weather based on the calculation distribution of regression error.
