The device has a disk (20) presenting two grooves (21) associated to guiding parts of profiles (10, 10`), and a central axis perpendicular to lower sides. The disk is fixed to the adjacent profiles by a screw. Each groove forms a cam determining a specific coupling for coupling sides (11, 11`) of profiles based on the swiveling of the disk. The disk presents a central recess for receiving an operating tool.
