<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of having to manually resetting a printing range to perform printing whenever a recording medium with a moving image recorded beforehand is reproduced, a specific object is designated in the reproduced moving image and a plurality of scenes are directly printed in a printer. <P>SOLUTION: When an object obtained by reproducing the recording medium is designated and an operator determines the size of a printing range frame, the size of the printing range frame is automatically changed in accordance with the angle of view of the designated object.
