<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract driver's attention by giving an alarm notice, when an opposite moving body is hidden temporarily behind a shield body. SOLUTION: This moving body detecting and alarming device 1 is equipped with a receiving means 4 which receives electromagnetic waves sent by the opposite moving body, a pattern analyzing means 7 which analyzes the variation pattern of the detected intensity of the electromagnetic waves received by the receiving means 4, a pattern storage means 9 which stores the variation pattern when the moving body is hidden behind a shield body, a pattern approximation decision means 8 which compares the variation pattern analyzed by the pattern analyzing means 7 with the variation pattern stored in the pattern storage means 9 for deciding whether or not they are analogous, and an alarming control means 8 which controls an alarming means according to the decision result of the pattern analogy deciding means 8, and the alarming control means 8 drives the alarming means 5, when the pattern approximation decision means 8 decides that the patterns are analogous to give an alarming notice and stops the alarming notice, when the detected intensity of the electromagnetic waves recovers.</p> |
