<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ecocycle selling system by lending fire extinguisher (including fire extinguishing agents), which completely eliminates illegal abandonment of fire extinguishers (including fire extinguishing agents) to greatly contribute to effectively utilize limited resources and stop the environmental destruction of the earth by making a maker authorized for recycling employ a sales system premised on recycling of fire extinguishers (including fire extinguishing agents) from the selling point of time. <P>SOLUTION: An ecocycle is created between a user A who uses a fire extinguisher and a company B being a maker authorized for recycling, which manufactures fire extinguishers and properly treats recovered fire extinguishers (including fire extinguishing agents) to manufacture recycled fire extinguishers (including fire extinguishing agents).
