The door has a structure assembly with outer and intermediate panels (17, 19) that delimit an inner cavity (33). A kinetic energy absorbing unit (15) to absorb kinetic energy of impact is placed in the cavity and has a bag (61) inflated by fluid. A calibrated blow-off valve (63) placed in an upper part (69) of the bag permits to drain a determined flow of fluid through an evacuating passage (71) during deformation of the bag.
