<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating shrink label which is a shrink label formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric as a heat insulating layer on a heat shrink plastic film, does not requir investment for a facility for center sealing, does not require a drying step, and is excellent in production efficiency and heat insulating sealability. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulating shrink label and the container with the label are comprised of the shrink label formed by laminating the heat shrink plastic film layer and the nonwoven fabric sheet layer via an adhesive layer. In addition, the nonwoven fabric sheet layer is composed of the same material quality as that of the film and has sealability by a solvent with respect to the film layer.
