FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: at the first stage one should detect patient's vocal range. During singing a musical phrase-tongue-twister in this vocal range one should conduct percutaneous massage impact onto air-bearing cranial sinuses, zygomas and nose followed by affecting intercostals spaces due to every second pressing. Then a patient should star walking at a certain mode of inhalation-expiration-pause combination. Under domestic conditions a patient should perform self percutaneous massage impact onto air-bearing cranial sinuses, zygomas and nose during singing the above-mentioned phrase-tongue-twister. At the second stage a patient should carry out exercises with inclination and half-squat position. At the third stage it is necessary to conduct successively exercises of the first and second stages. External respiration should be considered to be corrected while carrying out loading test for 10 min and restoring pulse frequency and arterial pressure after that for about 3-5 min.
