The motorized linear actuator (10) has transmission components mounted in a housing (11), forming one or more drive trains. At least one connecting component (16) is fitted or formed on the housing on the outside, with each connecting component consisting of at least two interconnected individual parts. The internal contour of each connecting component corresponds to the external contour of an at least partially grippable object component. The connecting component grips round the object component in a positively locking manner. An independent claim is included for a motorized linear actuator assembly with two linear actuators installed in mirror-image configuration.
