The prosthesis has a prosthetic body (1) including a set of prosthetic ligaments of variable diameter. The ligaments are divided and intersected into different groups for forming overlying and underlying faces, of base (2) of the body, corresponding to a zone compressed between vertebral spines. The base of the body is extended by 4 lateral braids (3) that constitute a fastening line at the level of the vertebral spines.
