<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain rice gruel topped with starchy soysauce, which has real flavor and palatability and has excellent swallowability and is preservable at a normal temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The rice gruel topped with starchy soysauce controls rice gruel and starchy soysauce in a specific ratio, is obtained by packing rice gruel and starchy soysauce into different retort pouches, subjecting them retort treatment, respectively, putting each of the retort pouches of the rice gruel and the starchy soysauce in one packaging material, respectively and distributing them in distribution and specifying dishing order of rice gruel and starchy soysauce and viscosity of starchy soysauce. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
