PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for grasping an exact proofreading instruction at a proofreading side terminal while reducing the volume of image data to be transmitted when an image added with a proofreading instruction is digitized to be transmitted to the proofreading side terminal.

SOLUTION: Since proofreading area image data is generated separately while sustaining resolution by selecting an area added with a proofreading instruction from proofreading instruction image data and transmitted to a proofreading side terminal along with the proofreading instruction image data having a lowered resolution, transmission data is reduced and the proofreading instruction can be grasped exactly.
