<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of charging electricity or supplying electricity by use of a bus power of USB or the like to portable electronic equipment such as a cellular phone connected to the information processor even after turning off power supply to the information processor. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor comprises an information processing means processing various pieces of information; an interface capable of performing power supply and signal exchange to externally connected electronic equipment through a single connector; a power supply part capable of supplying power to the electronic equipment through the interface; an electronic equipment detection means detecting connection/disconnection of the electronic equipment; an external power source detection means detecting connection/disconnection of an external power source; and a power supply control means continuing the supply of power to the electronic equipment even after non-operation in case that off of power supply or non-operation is instructed, and connections of the electronic equipment and the external power source are detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
