The device has a movable casing (30) surrounding body of a container (10). The casing is driven by displacement of a distal end (12) of the container, during expansion of the container to activate cylindrical springs for applying a base (31) of the casing against the container in direction of a support (21). The springs are assembled in series with a nut/locknut system that adjusts position of the casing with respect to the container. The nut/locknut system has nuts (51) and locknuts (52).
