Invention, according to example 1 of embodiment thereof, relates to the production procedure of soybean milk where the first soybeans are thoroughly washed, and then drowned in water in the ration of 1:4 and remain there to soak during 7-14 hours at the temperature from 18-20 °C. Having been soaked, the soybeans are washed once again. Previously soaked soybean in the quantity from 4,5-5,2 kg are mixed with 14 liters of water and heated up to the temperature of 50°C. Thereby heated and soaked soybeans are minced along with/without addition of fine sieved castor sugar in the quantity of 0,25-0,3 kg and salt in the quantity of 0,022 kg. Grinded mass is heated in an airtight container without presence of 02, by bringing water steam, at the temperature of 105-110°C and boiled during 20-25 minutes. Upon completion of boiling the sifting through a gauze is carried out or alike filter and separation of milk from the solid residue. |
