<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the ventilation structure look fine, because no vents are seen from below, and to assure sufficient ventilation volume. <P>SOLUTION: The eaves end plate 2 attached to a fascia board 1 consists of fascia board fittings 3, a hanging piece 4, a vent 5 provided at the hanging piece 4, an eaves' side end piece 7 to cover the eaves' side end of eaves soffit 6, and a blind piece 9. Eaves gutter fittings 10 are attached to the fascia board 1. A nearly U-shaped eaves gutter tab insertion part 11 is formed via a clearance from the fascia board 1 provided with eaves gutter fittings 10, and open toward it. A clearance 12 where to insert the eaves gutter tab is formed at a position between the end of eaves gutter tab insertion part 11 in the vicinity of the fascia board 1 and this fascia board 1. A tab 15, protruding away from the fascia board 1, is provided at the top end of the side face 14 of eaves gutter 13 on the side of fascia board 1.
