<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem as a failed load corresponding to a blown-out fuse can be specified when the fuse is arranged in units of a big load, but the failed point of the load and its detailed point cannot be specified. <P>SOLUTION: One fuse is not assigned to an electronic circuit of big unit, but a power supply system is separated and the electronic circuit is divided into a plurality of blocks. Fuses 66 and 67 are assigned in one and one correspondence to the blocked electronic circuits (optional control system 51, load drive system 52) and inserted into power supply lines L1 and L2.
