The present invention relates to a printer in which the opening or closing direction of a cover is the same as the cutting direction of paper, the printer comprising: a housing having a receiving space formed therein and including a cover that has an outlet formed in the upper portion thereof, through which paper is discharged, and can be opened or closed to the front; a cutting unit arranged in the receiving space so as to cut paper discharged through the outlet in the opening or closing direction of the cover; and a paper discharge unit for discharging paper from the housing. |
