<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission module that can highly accurately connect an optical element with an optical wiring and that can facilitate these assemblies. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transmission module 1 is provided for transmitting or receiving optical signals La, Lb through optical wirings 150a, 150b. The module is equipped with: optical elements 61a, 61b capable of transmitting or receiving the optical signals La, Lb; and an optical reflection surface 120 provided on an optical path between the optical element 61a, 61b and the optical wiring 150a, 150b.
