<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature fluid injection valve avoiding over heat of a needle valve open close means controlling open and close of a needle valve, especially a needle valve open close means which consists of a super magnetic deformation actuator and an open close valve even if injection fluid if high temperature fluid such as high temperature water, preventing the drop of injection performance of an injection valve accompanying the overheat, and improving durability, and a high temperature water injection internal combustion engine equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: This high temperature fluid injection valve is constructed to control injection of high temperature fluid from injection holes by introducing high temperature fluid to a needle valve chamber 5b and opening and closing a flow path between the needle valve chamber and the injection holes by attachment and detachment of a valve seat and a seat part of the needle valve fitted in a needle valve hole 1z in such a manner that the same can slide and reciprocate.
