<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder and a winding method in which increase in the diameter of element can be dealt with surely while enhancing the unit process time. SOLUTION: A feed roller 5 is rotary driven to feed a separator 4 by a predetermined specified amount and the separator 4 thus fed out is sucked, from the forward end side thereof, by a separator suction guide 4. When a specified feed amount is reached, rotary driving of the feed roller 5 is stopped and a retracted winding shaft 2 is projected before starting rotary driving of the winding shaft 2 while capturing the separator 4 with a slit 3. Subsequently, the forward end of a minus electrode foil 13 is guided to the winding shaft 2 under rotation and the forward end of a plus electrode foil 14 is guided to the winding shaft 2. Consequently, the pair of electrode foils 13 and 14 are wound being separated by means of the separator 4 and finished into a capacitor element.</p> |
