<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor to be directly made based on digital data, for example, from a computer by image-recording using a solid laser which emits ultraviolet light or visible light or using semiconductor laser radiation, in particular, to provide a lithographic printing plate precursor of a simple processing type which can be developed with an aqueous solution of pH <10 or on a printing machine and provides high printing durability and good stain resistance, and to provide a method of preparing a lithographic printing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate precursor has (1) a layer containing an organic resin particle as a principal component and (2) a photosensitive layer containing (a) a radical polymerizable compound, (b) a binder polymer, (c) an initiator and (d) a sensitizing dye having an absorption maximum at 350-450 nm in this order on a support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
