The device has an electrically attached antenna (1) at a mixer (11) for receiving and sending, a phase-locked loop (6), a phase comparator (7), a low-pass filter (8) and a voltage-controlled oscillator (9). The output signal is mixed with the receiving signal received from the receiving antenna by the mixer and is fed back as an input signal of the phase comparator. Another input signal produced by a reference frequency clock pulse generating device (12) is fed, whose frequency is equalized to the frequency of the input signal of the phase comparator. An independent claim is also included for a method for receiving an electromagnetic wave signal, particularly a microwave signal and for simultaneous retransmitting of transmitting signal for phase coupling and amplitude strengthening of receiving signal.
