<p>Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device material composed of an aromatic amine derivative of a specific structure having a bulky substituent at an end. Also disclosed is an organic electroluminescent device wherein an organic thin film composed of one or more layers including at least a light-emitting layer is interposed between a cathode and an anode, and at least one layer of the organic thin film contains the organic electroluminescent device material by itself or as a component of a mixture. The organic electroluminescent device has long life, high luminance and high luminous efficiency. Namely, the organic electroluminescent device material enables to realize such an organic electroluminescent device.</p> |
