SOLENOID VALVE COMBINATION STRUCTURE FOR INDUSTRIAL PRINT HEAD

A solenoid valve coupling structure of an industrial print head is provided to improve the service life of a solenoid valve by preventing the leakage of ink completely with the structure of the solenoid valve. A solenoid valve coupling structure of an industrial print head comprises a hollow valve bobbin(30) which press-fitted into a valve cover(20) and provided with a coil(32) wound on the outside surface, a hollow rod pipe(40) which is inserted and combined inside the valve bobbin, a magnetic material(50) which is press-fitted in one end of the rod pipe and acts as electromagnet when applied with electric power, a hollow minute-control screw part(60) which is press-fitted in the other end of the rod pipe and has a screw thread(62) on the outside surface, and a plunger(70) which is inserted in the rod pipe through the minute-control screw part and rectilinearly moves according to the magnetism of the magnetic material. The plunger includes a rubber(74) press-fitted in the leading end of a needle(72) to close or open an ink spray nozzle of a main folder, and a spring(76) provided around of the needle for providing the elastic restoring force to the needle.
