<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product in which color difference due to frequency of contact with other objects is hardly caused, and a method for manufacturing the product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the product 10 including a matrix 43 formed of a polymer material and a plurality of capsules 44 dispersed in the matrix, and having an unevenness pattern formed on the surface due to expansion of the capsules 44, is disclosed. The method for manufacturing the molded product comprises: preparing a raw molded body 40 having exposed outer shell portions 3 of the capsules 44 expanded and exposed on the surface 42 and outer shell protruding portions 4 of the capsules 44 expanded and burst to protrude outward from the surface 42; and then finishing to eliminate the outer shell protruding portions 4 from the surface 42 of the raw molded body 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
