<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data providing system, a data providing apparatus and a content manufacturing method for inexpensively providing data to an apparatus such as a portable terminal with a camera function. <P>SOLUTION: In the data providing system in which data providing apparatus provides data receiving apparatus with prescribed data, the data providing apparatus has a display part 104 for displaying images and continuously displays a plurality of two-dimensional codes obtained by dividing and encoding the prescribed data at a prescribed position of the display part 104.
