An array substrate and a preparation method therefor, and a display device using the array substrate. The preparation method for the array substrate comprises: forming a thin-film transistor and signal lines (10; 20); also comprises: forming signal line communicating lines (11; 21), wherein the signal line communicating lines (11; 21) at least electrically connect the signal lines (10; 20) in the same kind; before the manufacturing of the last film layer in a manufacturing process of the array substrate is completed, the method also comprises: etching via holes (50; 60) on the signal line communicating lines (11; 21) or on positions, closing to the signal line communicating lines (11; 21), on the signal lines (10; 20), the via holes (50; 60) being used for disconnecting electric connection between the signal lines (10; 20). By adopting the array substrate and the preparation method therefor, electrostatic discharge generated in the manufacturing process of a TFT array substrate is able to be effectively reduced, and the yield of products is increased. |
