An indoor lamp comprises a housing, and comprises an LED lamp (2) and a lens (3) that are mounted on the housing. The housing is made of an aluminum rider keel (1). The aluminum rider keel (1) consists of an aluminum radiating mounting strip (12) and a U-shaped aluminum radiating mounting frame (11) that are integrally connected, wherein the U-shaped aluminum radiating mounting frame (11) having a downward opening is disposed on the lower side of the aluminum radiating mounting strip (12). The bottom of the aluminum radiating mounting strip (12) and the top middle of the U-shaped aluminum radiating mounting frame (11) are integrally connected. The LED lamp (2) comprises a circuit board (21) and an LED light-emitting source (22) fixed at the bottom of the circuit board (21). The circuit board (21) is mounted on the U-shaped aluminum radiating mounting frame (11).
