PURPOSE: An orifice apparatus and an orifice valve using the same are provided to improve stability at low flow rate and reduce the processing time and cost in manufacture. CONSTITUTION: An orifice valve comprises a tubular body with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, and a piston which is coupled inside the body and able to slide. One of the inlet and the outlet is opened and closed by the sliding of the piston and has through holes(113) in a circular form. The through holes are formed spirally around the piston and successively opened/closed by the sliding of the piston.
