PURPOSE: A composition of a skin external agent is provided to treat and prevent various dermatitis caused by T lymphocyte-mediated immune response. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for relieving dermatitis caused by T lymphocyte-mediated immune response contains Dalbergiae odoriferae lignum extract as an active ingredient. The dermatitis includes atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis or psoriasis. The composition contains 0.001-10 weight% of Dalbergiae odoriferae lignum extract based on total weight.
