PURPOSE: An outlet is provided to ensure proper use habit of electronic devices and improvement of studying ability by restricting the use of electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: A blocking cover(10) is installed at one side of an outlet body in order to rotate by a hinge and covers a timer(3) and a socket(2). A retractor(20) is respectively installed at one side of the outlet body and an isolation cover and locks the outlet body and an isolation cover. The outlet body comprises an alarm device. The alarm device recognizes warning signal to a user.
