The injectable fructose serum is constituted by fructose at a concentration of 5% and 10%, which is dissolved into depyrogenated sterile water, with a content of total soluble solids of 5 to 10 Brix degrees and a pH of from about 6.5 to about 7.2. The injectable fructose serum, which is formed from syrup of high fructose at a concentration of 52% and dissolved into sterile water free of pyrogens at a final concentration of 5% and 10% for a subsequent depyrogenation by membrane filtration, the serum having a pore diameter of 2nm at vacuum and under aseptic conditions for being subsequently packed into containers or HDP bags, which are sterile and apyrogenic under aseptic conditions.
