The head has a head body (1) provided with a head body element (10) for carrying an atomizing nose (2), where the head body element is mounted in another head body element (11) in an orientable manner. The former head body element has a convex external guide track (101) in a form of a spherical segment of the former head body element to slide on a concave internal guide track (110) in a form of a spherical segment of the latter head body element. The former head body element is solicited opposite to the latter head body element by a pushing unit (3) inside the second head body element. An independent claim is also included for a liquid disinfecting plant comprising an orientable atomizing head.
