<p>A self-leveling storing and dispensing device which includes a horizontally oriented platform carriage which is directly connected, via a plurality of tension springs, to the upper end of an upright housing for carrying a workpiece load at a predetermined level. The carriage is guided by the housing in a vertical path of travel as the springs expand and contract in response to the workpiece being respectively loaded on the platform and removed therefrom.</p> |
