发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
摘要 1361812 Walls and roofs F REINKE [trading as FRITZ REINKE ENG] 13 Oct 1971 47717/71 Heading E1W [Also in Divisions B5 and F2] A cover panel for a construction element comprises a first layer 1 of plastics material 0.4-0.6mm thick and a second layer 5, which may be adjacent thereto, comprising prestressed, parallel, plastics-impregnated fibres. The panel may further comprise layers 2 and 6 containing predominantly obliquely and/or transversely oriented plastics-impregnated fibres and a foil 4 of aluminium, steel or plastics to prevent vapour or steam diffusion: a removable protective plastics film may be present on the other side of layer 1. In Fig. 2 such a laminate (but omitting layer 4) is obtained by producing layer 1 from slot nozzle 12, heating it below element 13, spraying on chopped fibres and fluid plastics at 15, impregnating at 17 strands of fibres which are wound of spools (e.g. 200-3000 spools/m. width) 16 under prestressing tension, compressing by pressure or blows at 20, applying layer 6 of fibres from spray head 22 and compacting by vibratory pressure pads 22. The laminate is then heated on the endless band to cure and the band chilled to facilitate removal. A pair of such panels may form the outside skin of a construction element, the core of which may include interfitting filler members mounted transversely to the longitudinal axis of the fibres in the panel, the element being formed in a process wherein each of a pair of panelforming sheets, immediately after formation, has said filler members bonded thereto (Fig. 8, not shown) and said pair are then interlocked after the manner of the teeth of a sliding clasp fastener, a rapid hardening fibre plastics layer having been sprayed on to the mating sides (Figs. 9 and 12, not shown). If the filler members are hollow or contain inflatable sleeves, compressed gas can be introduced to press them against the opposite panel before setting of the latter layer. Fig. 16 shows filler members 49 of foamed plastics and of generally trapezoidal cross section having projecting edges remote from the bond to the panel at the shorter side and hoses 72 which on inflation pull the panels together. Fig. 21 shows a building element comprising a single panel on one side and a corrugated metal panel 73 and containing both filler inserts 74 and parallel iron members 77 welded to panel 73. Iron members of another cross section are illustrated in Figs. 19 and 20 (not shown) and in Fig. 26 two such elements are shown in which the metal panels are mechanically connected: alternatively a flat sheet may replace one of said elements (Fig. 24, not shown). Fig. 32 shows a construction in which a panel is formed into a cylinder 102: this is surrounded by a fibrereinforced plastics jacket 102a and a further jacket 103 the alternate lesser diameter portions of which are bonded to jacket 102 and the larger diameter portions of which contain foamed members 103a, 103b. Figs. 33 and 34 (not shown) illustrate building constructed of panels generally similar to that shown in Fig. 21.
