<p>Cpds of formula (I) and their pharm acceptable salt where R=H, aliphatic acyl (max 5C) or aromatic acyl, are prepd. by catalytic hydrogenation of a cpd (II) where R1 = H or a H-replaceable group; R2 = H or mono- or bicyclic aralkyl (max 11C) followed by opt. replacing R1 by R and R2 by H. (I) are bronchospasmolytically-active with long-lasting activity and little effects on the heart. They may be used in the treatment of bronchospasmolytic conditions of various origin.</p> |
