FIELD: pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutics and medicine and concerns pharmaceutical composition for treating prostate cancer or breast cancer, containing water-soluble matrix, containing effective amount of pharmaceutically active substance and absorption amplifier with HLB from 8 to 16, where active substance is selected from group consisting of diethylstilbestrol and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of diethylstilbestrol, wherein matrix is a film and absorption amplifier represents one or more esters of fatty acid and saccharose.
