Coating for building components - high rise or underground based on silicates synthetic resin water and silica

The external/internal coating comprises 10-40% potassium silicate (K2SiO3), 10-30% synthetic resin dispersion, 2-10% aluminium silicate (Al2SiO3), 10-50% SiO2 and water. It is used as a finish for walls, ceilings, pre-cast concrete, wood, stone, cement-asbestos etc. and is heat and sound insulating, water-proof by the formation of silicate bonds and fire retardent. Resin is a polyvinylacetate or acryl resin dispersion or an epoxy resin emulsion.
