Dough portion rising plant - with automatic transfer mechanism to tunnel oven conveyor

The troughs in which the dough portions are carried through the controlled temp and RH rising chamber are carried down a first vertical chain convey or and taken over by horizontal chain conveyor in a horizontally oscillating frame which is advanced over and withdrawn from the tunnel over conveyor belt. As each trough passes round the nose end of the frame, a variable slope tilting plate is lowered on radial arms to just above the oven conveyor belt and as the dough slides out of the troughs, the uncooked loaves are tilted back to the upright position by the plate position where mechanism is mechanically synchronized labour saving.
