The apparatus which may be employed in the gas supply to a deep sea diver may be connected through a pressure regulator 16 to a mixer 14 which is supplied from oxygen and helium sources 10, 12 and also in parallel with a demand regulator 20. Any changes from a preselected value in the proportion of gases as indicated on a pressure gauge 28 may be connected manually. Alternatively, the junction of the resistors may be Any changes from a preselected valve in the supply conduit of one of the gases in such a way that a predetermined proportion of the gases supplied to the diver is maintained.</p> |
