<p>The aperitif contains dry white wine mixed with a 90 degrees alcohol aromatised with a natural fruity or spicy aroma and one kg icing sugar per 61 wine. The alcohol is aromatised by maceration with the skins of fresh fruit and spieces e.g. 1 l alcohol mixed with 100-300g (160-200g) orange skins, 10-30 (15-25 g) lemon skins, 1-5(2-5) cloves, 1-3 (2-3)g cinnamon. The wind has better keeping props. because it contains non-toxic natural aromas in pure alcohol without addition of chemicals.</p> |
