The device follows the general principals of the parent patent with the recirculating fluid replaced by recirculating balls. The resultant residual force is created due to the accelerations of the balls. There are two closed circuits each consisting of two parallel semi-circular paths connected short curved section, the two circuits being adjacent at the curved sections to form a circular assembly. The balls are circulated in the same or opposed directions by e.g. toothed wheels which engage the balls.
