<p>A no. of meat processing stations such as smoking station and a cooking station are spaced longitudinally along the appts. above a walking beam conveyor. The meat prod., e.g. frankfurters, are carried on transverse rods supported by the conveyor. Lifting arms raise the rods from the conveyor and allow the prod. to remain in each station for a predetermined period before being returned to the conveyor for advancement to a succeeding processing station.</p> |
