The panel is particularly for use in the construction industry for assembling false ceilings or for any similar fittings. The panel is formed from a flat sheet which has at least one hole extending through it. This hole is large in size and its edges are secured by any suitable method to the envelope. The envelope is inflatable and when inflated extends for a large distance beyond the faces of the sheet. The panel thus formed is easily moved and adjusted in position.
